1. Urgent and emergency help
The portal is not an emergency service.
Call 911for an immediate threat to life or safety. For an urgent building, utility, or maintenance condition, follow the property's emergency instructions and call management; do not rely only on an online maintenance request.
2. Rental-application help
Application drafts are private to the browser and device that started them. A draft ordinarily expires after about three hours without a save; saving can extend it, but never beyond seven days from creation. Use the same private browser to resume. Do not start on a shared or public device.
If a submitted answer is wrong or a document needs correction, contact the property and provide your name and application confirmation number. Do not email income documents, passwords, or a Social Security number. Management will explain the appropriate next step.
3. Screening, decisions, and report disputes
The participating property makes the housing decision; TransUnion does not. If a consumer report influences an unfavorable decision even in part, the applicant receives an adverse-action notice. Unfavorable action can include denial, conditional approval, a cosigner requirement, higher rent, or an additional or larger deposit.
The notice identifies the reporting company and explains the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information and request a free copy of the report within 60 days. For a TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions report, contact its Consumer Dispute Team directly:
- Phone: 800-230-9376
- Email: TURSSDispute@transunion.com
- Mail: PO Box 800, Woodlyn, PA 19094
Use TransUnion's current rental-screening dispute instructions for the information and documents it may require. Contact the property separately about its decision or to provide relevant context; do not send identity documents or a Social Security number through the portal.
4. Login and account help
Residents and staff use one sign-in page. The portal determines the correct workspace from the authorized account record; there is no public account registration.
Use password reset only for an email already connected to an invited account. For a lost authenticator, changed email, revoked invitation, or access-pending message, contact management through a known property number rather than sending credentials by email.
5. Resident services and maintenance
An invited resident can use the portal for account information, documents, maintenance, announcements, and notifications available to the resident's household. Portal access begins only after management creates and links the resident account.
For a routine maintenance issue, sign in and create a request with a clear description and only relevant photographs. For an emergency, call the appropriate emergency or property number first.
6. Privacy and data requests
Direct an access, correction, waiting-list withdrawal, or deletion request to the community connected to the record. Include your name, the community, the type of request, and a safe way to contact you. Do not include a password, Social Security number, medical record, or document image.
Management may verify identity before disclosing or changing private information. Some information may need to remain for a lease, accounting record, legal obligation, safety matter, fraud prevention, dispute, or other permitted purpose. Review the full Privacy Notice.
7. Reasonable accommodations
Contact the relevant community and describe the change or assistance requested and how management should contact you. A first request does not need a diagnosis, special legal wording, or a particular form.
Keep disability, medical, or assistance-animal information out of the general application and waiting-list message. Management will provide a separate way to handle information that is permitted and genuinely needed. Review Fair Housing and Accommodations.
8. Accessibility help
If a page, form, document, or third-party step creates a barrier, provide the page address, the task, what happened, the browser/device or assistive technology involved, and a preferred contact method.
Management can discuss an alternate method while the issue is reviewed. Read the Accessibility Statement.
9. Property contacts
Choose the community connected to your question. Business email is shown only where a public property address is configured; otherwise use the telephone number or property website.
